Earn Operations & User Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and execute growth initiatives for Earn products.
• Collaborate with token partners to expand offerings.
• Work with Product, Marketing, CS, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
• Monitor Earn performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to hit KPIs and growth targets.
• Analyze campaigns and user feedback to optimize results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/Economics or related field.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or BD; crypto/fintech is a plus.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn, TradFi, DeFi, Lending/Borrowing.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder mgmt.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, thrives in fast pace.
