Senior UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design and evolution of the design system, including foundations like color
• Build and maintain scalable design-token architecture linking design libraries with front-end
• Define and document component specifications, usage guidelines, interaction patterns, accessibility
• Partner with front-end engineers to develop reusable components that meet WCAG 2.1 AA and align
• Audit interfaces, identify inconsistencies, create component inventories, and establish prioritized
• Collaborate with product designers to understand requirements and ensure the design system evolves

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience, including at least 3 years in design systems or design
• Proven experience creating and scaling design systems, including component libraries, design
• Expert proficiency with Figma (variants, Auto Layout, Variables/design tokens, interactive
• Strong understanding of front-end constraints and ability to collaborate with engineers using HTML
• Practical knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and embedding accessible patterns into components
• Experience establishing design-system governance, versioning, deprecation workflows, contribution
