📋 Description

• Perform manual and exploratory testing of an interactive, web-based weather visualization platform.
• Verify weather-focused features (radar displays, map layers, storm patterns, data visualizations)
• Participate in live testing during tornado outbreaks and significant weather events.
• Identify, investigate, document, and communicate bugs and anomalies clearly.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve quality and usability.
• Evaluate platform from end-user perspective and suggest weather-informed enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Current student in meteorology, climatology, environmental sciences, or another weather-related
• Deep understanding of weather concepts, radar maps, forecasting models, storm tracking, and data
• Regular user of weather apps and visualization tools.
• Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to identify inconsistencies and unusual behavior.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills, especially describing bugs clearly.
• Comfortable navigating web apps and testing across multiple browsers and devices.
