📋 Description
- Lead and mentor a team delivering Oracle HCM Cloud projects and production support.
- Manage multiple workstreams: configuration, development, integrations, testing, deployment.
- Partner with HR/Finance to translate requirements into tech solutions.
- Design functional solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting.
- Lead workshops, solution design, and UAT to ensure best practices.
- Oversee release management and quarterly Oracle updates.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud with 5+ years in techno-functional/development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field.
- Deep Oracle HCM expertise: Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, OTBI.
- Integration experience: Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong stakeholder communication and project leadership skills.
