Sr. Contract Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for US/Canada requisitions
• Lead intake with hiring managers to define role and criteria
• Partner with HR to publish compelling postings
• Build pipelines via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
• Screen, interview, administer assessments, and debrief
• Maintain candidate comms and a positive experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in-house or agency recruiting
• Experience across multiple levels (IC to professional)
• US hiring experience required; Canadian familiarity helpful
• Contract/recruiting experience with quick adaptation
• Proven ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Predictive Index or similar tool preferred
