📋 Description
- Lead Agile software development program management across application sustainment, enhancements
- Facilitate bi-weekly work-planning and priority-setting sessions with government representatives
- Own and maintain the government-accessible product backlog, including priorities, milestones
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate program and technical risks while maintaining a comprehensive
- Coordinate with government technical stakeholders, technical points of contact, contracting
- Oversee schedules, milestones, dependencies, change-management activities, software releases
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience managing Agile software development projects within
- Proven experience supporting programs involving a public-facing and secure web presence.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects subject to DoD Risk Management Framework and STIG
- Strong understanding of Agile program and project management methodologies, including backlog
- Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving developers, architects, cybersecurity
- Strong risk management, schedule management, dependency tracking, change management, and

- Annual salary range of $160,000–$200,000.
