📋 Description

• Lead Agile software development program management across application sustainment, enhancements
• Facilitate bi-weekly work-planning and priority-setting sessions with government representatives
• Own and maintain the government-accessible product backlog, including priorities, milestones
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate program and technical risks while maintaining a comprehensive
• Coordinate with government technical stakeholders, technical points of contact, contracting
• Oversee schedules, milestones, dependencies, change-management activities, software releases

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience managing Agile software development projects within
• Proven experience supporting programs involving a public-facing and secure web presence.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects subject to DoD Risk Management Framework and STIG
• Strong understanding of Agile program and project management methodologies, including backlog
• Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving developers, architects, cybersecurity
• Strong risk management, schedule management, dependency tracking, change management, and
