📋 Description

• Partner with Customer Success and customers to drive value and reduce churn.
• Analyze commercial building systems for energy and financial gains.
• Model efficiency initiatives and translate into verified savings.
• Onboard and improve building data processing and tooling.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance solutions.
• Advise customers on HVAC and building performance with clear recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in energy consulting or building performance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Deep HVAC and building controls knowledge (chillers, boilers, BMS).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills for energy models and financial impact.
• Ability to communicate complex info to varied audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management.
