📋 Description

• Engineer and support infrastructure for capturing, retaining, and archiving written electronic
• Maintain and enhance messaging transport services ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Combine Windows infrastructure, SMTP, Python automation, databases, networking, and enterprise
• Contribute to complex integrations across collaboration and messaging platforms; support
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, product, and senior stakeholders to resolve technical
• Strengthen operational resilience and security in critical compliance infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong engineering and architecture experience with Windows-based SMTP forwarding services, email
• Hands-on with Windows IIS SMTP forwarding services: configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Practical experience with email retention, archiving, or electronic communications vaulting
• Experience administering or supporting Proofpoint Enterprise Archive; other Proofpoint products not
• Strong Python skills for automation, integrations, scripting, and operational improvements.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases; strong Windows Server administration.
