Head of Growth Operations

📋 Description

• Lead design and optimization of operational workflows across SMN/Secret Media Network.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working across regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with needs.
• Bridge strategy and execution, ensuring feasibility of solutions.
• Align business needs with tech and tools through key procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Math, Stats, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/ops consulting, supply chain, media ops, or production mgmt.
• Strong in process design, optimization, and automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and measurement experience.
• Hands-on mindset; able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a strong plus.
