Principal, Process Technology

📋 Description

• Lead process technology and engineering activities across operations, maintenance, and capital
• Provide technical leadership in process engineering, plant optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Support plant expansions, modifications, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Review and approve process engineering designs, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Identify and resolve complex process-related operational challenges.
• Lead process safety studies including HAZOP, SIL assessments, and technical risk reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Energy, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of technical engineering experience in a processing or industrial environment.
• Strong experience in process engineering, plant operations support, process safety, and technical
• Experience supporting major industrial projects, commissioning, and plant modifications.
• Knowledge of Advanced Process Control (APC), HAZOP, SIL studies, and process optimization
