🎯 Requirements
- Strong ML and statistics background with practical production experience.
- Experience building and deploying production ML systems.
- Excellent Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with testing, version control, modular architecture, maintainable code.
- Strong statistical modeling, interpretable ML, optimization, and evaluation knowledge.
- Ability to reason from first principles and tackle open-ended problems.
