Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote - Malta)

📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the program
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze affiliate results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns for performance, and scale
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials)
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
