Senior Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own the strategic roadmap and backlog for Mainframe area
• Translate business needs into clear requirements
• Lead prioritization balancing customer, regulatory, and ops needs
• Communicate roadmap status, risks and recommendations to leadership
• Lead relationships with vendors, outsourced dev partners, and providers
• Monitor delivery, service levels and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Technology or related field
• 8+ years in technology product ownership or related areas
• Experience with complex backlog and requirements
• Strong Mainframe understanding; Cobol experience a plus
• Experience managing outsourced teams and global delivery
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
