Principal Agent Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Define how AI agents interact with tools, systems, and APIs.
• Create AX design artifacts, governance, and trust specs.
• Own end-to-end AX design lifecycle across modeling to versioning.
• Set operability gates: determinism, safety, observability, auditability.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for agents and version control.
• Design experiences across interactive, supervised, and autonomous modes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX, Product Design, or related field.
• Proven experience with complex B2B SaaS/enterprise products.
• Strong systems thinking and semantic design skills.
• Experience in operating models and system-level design.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, AI/ML).
• Deep knowledge of agentic logic, LLMs, and non-deterministic systems.
