Senior FPGA Prototyping Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop FPGA-based prototypes enabling early ASIC integration, firmware dev, hw/sw integration, and
• Build/maintain hardware platforms for pre-silicon development and testing.
• Support first-silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and debugging.
• Develop automated validation and regression infrastructure for silicon characterization and
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot digital interfaces (high-speed Ethernet SerDes, SPI, UART
• Develop FPGA-based traffic generators, protocol checkers, test apps for validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years FPGA development with Verilog/SystemVerilog and AMD/Xilinx tools.
• Strong ASIC development methodologies, digital system architecture, and FPGA prototyping for ASICs.
• Experience with firmware/software enablement, hardware bring-up, and post-silicon validation.
• Strong hardware debugging with JTAG, scopes, analyzers; Python scripting for test automation.
• Experience across hardware/software boundaries; ability to debug multi-layer issues.
