Senior Frontend Engineer, Design System

📋 Description

• Build, scale, and evolve the design system, including component library, design tokens, docs, and
• Develop AI-assisted development systems so coding tools and AI agents consume components, tokens
• Design robust component APIs to minimize misuse and ease correct implementation for humans and AI.
• Write high-quality, performant frontend code with React and TypeScript; set standards for component
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers from concept to production-ready implementation.
• Build accessible components aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility best practices throughout.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years software engineering, including 3+ years at senior level; experience building
• Owned design system or component library used across multiple products/teams.
• Expert HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript; strong React; modern frontend tooling familiarity.
• Strong API design, shared-library versioning, and developer experience.
• Interest in making libraries consumable by AI-powered tools and agents.
• Knowledge of responsive design, browser compatibility, frontend architecture, and web performance.
