📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the program
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns for better performance
• Recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong data-driven decision skills
• Advanced digital marketing knowledge across channels (SEO, media buying, paid social)
• Advanced tools: Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
