📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates
• Oversee onboarding for new affiliates into the program
• Monitor affiliate performance: traffic, conversions, ROI
• Analyze results to identify improvements, optimize campaigns, and scale
• Research and recruit new affiliates and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
• Advanced digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials)
• Advanced tools: Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
