Senior IT Security Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer IT and cybersecurity tools and devices in a hands-on role.
• Provide first- and second-tier support for SoC and SIEM operations.
• Manage endpoint security and security services across the enterprise.
• Assist with security/audit projects and documentation for SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR.
• Collaborate with teams and report to Head of Information Security.
• Work aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST); no visa sponsorship offered.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years as a Senior IT Security Administrator or similar leadership in software orgs.
• 3-5 years configuring/administering Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence).
• Hands-on experience with ZScaler services (ZPA, ZIA, DLP).
• Experience with SOC/SEC operations, SIEM, logs, and incident response.
• Endpoint protection management, EDR, MDM, and asset hardening.
• Strong documentation, process standardization, and cross-team collaboration.
