📋 Description

• Onboard and verify new GoCardless customers.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence reviews for existing clients.
• Escalate compliance issues within the team and other departments.
• Collaborate with AML Financial Crime and Customer Success teams.
• Perform due diligence checks on Merchants per requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in KYC or AML.
• Detail-oriented; capable of fast-paced work.
• Customer-focused with calm under pressure.
• Stakeholder collaboration across levels; problem solving.
• Experience with Zendesk, Looker, Lexis Nexis preferred.
