📋 Description

• Lead and coach Iberia & Italy SE team to excel in sales and technical prep.
• Coordinate resources with cross-functional teams to maximize customer impact.
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members; conduct 1:1s and performance coaching.
• Drive AI-focused demos, POCs, and architectural reviews for enterprise customers.
• Shadow and improve technical depth; ensure high standard of customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading technical pre-sales and coaching teams.
• Proven ability to partner with account executives and customer success teams.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and AI workloads.
• Ability to articulate Cloudflare AI product portfolio (Workers AI, AI Gateway, Vectorize, R2).
• Experience with modern cloud-native/edge-native architectures (serverless, object storage, edge
• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, AI Act).

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range for Portugal-based hires: €110,000 - €152,000 per year.
