📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
• Test functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, and release validation.
• Validate integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party apps.
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy and alignment.
• Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, and reliability testing.
• Validate Data Cloud integrations and data quality across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Salesforce QA, manual testing, or related QA role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory hands-on Agentforce experience: AI agent testing, conversational flows, prompts, and
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy and compliance.
• API testing with Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
