Senior Frontend Engineer, Design System

📋 Description

• Build, scale, and evolve the design system, component library, docs, and tooling.
• Develop AI-assisted development support for consuming components and tokens.
• Design robust component APIs for human and AI use.
• Write high-quality React + TypeScript frontend code with strong standards.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers from concept to prod.
• Build accessible components meeting WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering; 3+ years at senior level.
• Owned a design system or component library used across teams.
• Expert HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript; strong React; modern tooling.
• Experience with component APIs, shared libraries, and DX.
• Interest in AI-powered tooling for components and developers.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, performance, and architecture.
