🎯 Requirements
- Strong ML and statistics background with production deployment experience.
- Proven track record delivering production ML systems, not only research.
- Excellent Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with testing, version control, modular design, and maintainable code.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, interpretable ML, optimization, and model evaluation.
- Ability to reason from first principles and tackle open-ended problems.
