📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates into the program
• Monitor performance: traffic, conversions, ROI; generate reports
• Analyze results and optimize campaigns to scale performance
• Research and recruit new affiliates and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency with affiliate networks/platforms
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Advanced digital marketing tactics across SEO, media buying, paid socials
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
