Engineering Manager - Regression Testing

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA’s: hiring, coaching, performance management, and career
• Set and own QA regression strategy: test strategy, quality standards, processes, and tooling
• Define, track, and report quality metrics and KPIs, surfacing QA health to engineering leadership.
• Partner with other QA managers to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage
• Guide the team’s balance of manual and automated testing investment, and oversee defect tracking
• Partner with DevOps to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.

• QA strategy and process ownership: defining test and automation strategy as it pertains to
• Technical credibility across manual and automated testing: enough depth to set direction, coach
• Metrics and stakeholder management: quality KPIs, reporting QA health to leadership, and
• Personal fluency with AI tooling for testing/QA workflows and openness to driving its adoption
• Should have hands-on automation background (C#/Selenium/Appium) and willingness to dive into tests
