Senior Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and grow affiliate relationships
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates into the program
• Monitor affiliate performance; generate traffic, conversions & ROI reports
• Analyze results to optimize campaigns and scale opportunities
• Recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network
• Collaborate with teams to create affiliate funnels and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms and networks
• Strong data-driven decision making; Excel/Sheets proficient
• Advanced digital marketing knowledge (SEO, media buying, paid socials)
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush or similar tools
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting
