🎯 Requirements

• 8–11 years in a customer-facing role; 5–7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• At least 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or other
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and advise on improvements using technology
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for executives and technical teams
• Ability to partner with sales and align MongoDB resources to build mutual account plans
