Functional Lead, Production Accounting – ProCount Conversion

📋 Description

• Lead functional activities for ProCount conversion and implementation.
• Translate business and production accounting processes into system configs and workflows.
• Support allocation, DOI, production-to-revenue, and reconciliations.
• Validate production and accounting data during conversion; ensure integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers on datasets, SQL, flat files, validation.
• Develop and execute UAT, parallel testing, reconciliation, and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15+ years upstream oil & gas experience with production accounting expertise.
• Hands-on production accounting: allocation, DOI, prod-to-revenue, reconciliation.
• ProCount experience required.
• Previous production accounting system implementations/conversions; end-user support not enough.
• Proven data validation, UAT, parallel testing, reconciliation experience.
• Comfortable with datasets, SQL, flat files, data-quality validation.
