📋 Description
- Lead day-to-day implementation of the program, coordinating with leadership and teams to deliver
- Manage annual workplans, implementation calendars, deliverables, reporting deadlines, and
- Oversee development and administration of a national small-grants competition (RFPs, eligibility
- Support applicants through webinars, office hours, proposal clinics, and targeted technical
- Oversee subaward and grant-recipient relationships (negotiations, reporting, compliance
- Coordinate with government stakeholders on design, outreach, events, monitoring, and adaptive
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; master’s preferred in international education, higher
- At least 5 years of experience managing U.S. Government-funded programs.
- Experience managing subawards or small-grants programs (RFPs, compliance, reporting, recipient
- Familiarity with U.S. higher education, study abroad, international partnerships, workforce-aligned
- Experience supporting institutions with varying administrative capacity is an advantage.
- Knowledge of U.S. Department of State/ECA programs, federal grants compliance, 2 CFR 200, or MODE
