• Role includes turning prototypes into production-ready systems and scalable architecture decisions.
• Tools built may be sold to clients; requires solid, maintainable design from the start.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped AI applications or agents into production and run them.
• Strong focus on security and reliability for apps holding personal data; real decision-making
• Production-ready AI features: evaluation, guardrails, cost management.
• Ability to build full-stack and ship; comfortable owning infrastructure solo.
• Experience with creating maintainable infra and avoiding tech debt.
• Nice to have: Terraform or Pulumi, cloud certification; security/compliance background (SOC 2).
