🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in database engineering, architecture, or backend data systems.
• 3+ years managing Azure Cosmos DB and MongoDB in production.
• Deep understanding of Cosmos DB (partition key design, RU/s, indexing, consistency, TTL
• Experience designing for high concurrency and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Query profiling, performance benchmarking, and monitoring dashboards.
