📋 Description
- Lead and manage PMed department operations for the Head Therapist role.
- Coordinate medical care, emergency prep, and performance support for artists.
- Collaborate with Coaches and Artistic Team on injury prevention and care.
- Ensure compliance with Grupo Vidanta governance and safety standards.
- Communicate medical information to management and participate in meetings.
- Oversee referrals, training, and equipment needs for PMed staff.
🎯 Requirements
- University degree in Athletic Therapy/Training, Physical Therapy, or Physiotherapy; Master’s
- Valid CPR/AED (EMT/First Responder courses preferred).
- Minimum 6 years clinical experience; on-field/event coverage preferred.
- Experience leading staff; work with high-caliber athletes.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is an asset.
- Available to work full-time in Mexico.
