📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, smoke, and release testing
• Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third parties
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences
• Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, reliability testing
• Validate Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and data quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Salesforce QA/manual testing or related role
• Hands-on with Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience/Data Clouds, Agentforce, Flows, Security, Reports
• Mandatory hands-on with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agent testing
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, API, data validation, performance testing
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy and compliance
• API testing with Postman and Salesforce Developer Console
