- Strong background in ML and statistics with experience applying advanced techniques to complex
- Experience building and deploying production-quality ML systems, not just research.
- Excellent Python programming and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with testing, version control, modular architecture, and maintainable code.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, interpretable ML, optimization, and model evaluation.
- Ability to reason from first principles and tackle open-ended problems.
