📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts for test design/execution.
• Define automation-first testing strategy to raise coverage and release confidence.
• Partner with product, software, and engineering teams on testing standards.
• Design strategies, tools, frameworks, and test cases for reliable delivery.
• Improve existing frameworks and develop new tools for evolving needs.
• Drive standardized, efficient quality processes across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software quality assurance/testing in web/mobile environments.
• Experience mentoring Quality Analysts/Engineers in Test.
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, strategy, automation, and quality engineering.
• Experience with Playwright and Selenium; familiarity with C# and TypeScript is desirable.
• Experience with deployments, VCS, and dev workflows; CI/CD (Bamboo or GitLab).
• Experience building/extending test automation frameworks and tools.
