Senior Product Manager - Demand

📋 Description

• Own strategy, outcomes and execution for a cross-functional team
• Identify opportunities across buyer journey: discovery, engagement, conversion, retention
• Lead from insight to measurable customer and business impact
• Improve ranking, recommendations, and AI-enabled experiences
• Define success metrics and run rigorous experimentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of product management experience
• Experience owning end-to-end customer journeys or broad product areas
• Strong product/design judgment; intuitive, high-quality experiences
• Experience with funnels, cohorts, experiments and performance metrics
• Extensive experience designing and analysing A/B tests
• Understanding of recommendations, personalization, search or ML
