• Define strategy and roadmap for user understanding.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in production ML systems for recommendation/search/NLP.
• Lead in user modelling, retrieval, representation learning, or seq modelling.
• Deep learning expertise with Transformers; PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with distributed training, latency optimization, monitoring.
• Python proficiency; Spark/Scala or similar tools.
