Security Shift Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and motivate on-duty security officers to ensure adherence to post orders, safety
• Report directly to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman / Titan Management
• Manage a team of security officers, including training, coaching, development and support
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately
• Maintain security and customer service standards across a 1 million+ sq. ft. property

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of continuous supervisory experience
• High School diploma or GED; 3 years prior satisfactory security officer experience
• Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
