• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations across functional
• Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party apps; ensure reliable data
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy, relevance, compliance, and
• Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, reliability, and scalability testing for
• Test Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, data synchronization, and data quality across connected
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data, test suites, and automation assets; perform API

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce QA, manual testing, or related QA role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agent testing, conversational flows
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and
• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
