🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Salesforce QA/testing experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory hands-on Agentforce experience: AI agent testing, conversational flows, topics, actions
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
