🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, enterprise risk, advisory, strategy, or related
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-level impact.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and manage budgets/resources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects/initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership and board
