📋 Description

• Partner to leaders, promote culture and drive people solutions
• Act as trusted advisor on talent, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations
• Navigate complex challenges with cross-team collaboration
• Support HR policies, compensation data, and risk/compliance
• Develop programs with analytics to improve employee experience
• Travel to properties and national meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder partnership
• Strong change management and project leadership
• Analytical thinker with HRIS/MS Office proficiency
• 5+ years HR generalist experience, real estate experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• High EQ people management and bilingual Spanish preferred
