📋 Description

• Oversee critical accounting functions and ensure integrity of financial reporting.
• Strengthen governance and internal controls; modernize operations via automation.

• Partner with C-suite and leadership on accounting strategy and execution.
• Drive scalable processes and data quality improvements for the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting; Master's preferred.
• CPA required.
• 15+ years in progressive accounting leadership with public company/SEC experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX, internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead large accounting organizations and drive change.
• Experience with external audits and Auditor relations.
