📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation
• Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party apps.
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy and alignment with
• Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, reliability, and scalability testing for
• Validate Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/manual testing or related QA role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience, including AI agent testing and validation of
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and
• Practical API testing with Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
