• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations across functional
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation

• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy, relevance, consistency

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Salesforce QA/testing or related QA role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agent testing
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, UAT, API, data validation
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, reliability, and
• Practical experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
