Staff AI Platform Developer

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and implementation of internal AI solutions, including LLM apps, AI agents, RAG
• Drive adoption of practical AI across Product Development to boost productivity, quality, security
• Build prototypes and production services integrating with GitHub, Jira, Slack, docs, service desks
• Partner with DevOps to design reusable platform components for model access, prompt/config mgmt
• Evaluate and select AI models, APIs, tools, and vendors on quality, security, latency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, internal tooling, DevOps, ML systems, or
• Extensive experience with LLM stacks: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector search
• Strong experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and interoperability protocols like MCP and
• Production-ready LLM systems: secure, optimized for cost and performance.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or another modern backend language.
