IT Specialist

📋 Description

• You’re the front door to IT at Givelify, triaging tickets and fixing common issues fast.
• First-touch support to keep the company running and escalate when needed.
• Procure, provision and retire devices across their lifecycle.
• Create accounts and manage basic access under runbooks.
• Set up new hires/contractors on standard tools so day one works.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–1 year in help desk, IT support, or IT internship.
• Working knowledge of macOS, Microsoft SharePoint or Google Workspace, and a ticketing tool.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Experience with ITSM processes and basic device provisioning.
