Fleet Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead fleet operations and driver management across the United States for Hunter Douglas Outdoor
• Supervise drivers: scheduling, workload coordination, performance management, coaching
• Monitor driver performance, compliance, and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements
• Ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance and regulatory adherence across US locations
• Oversee preventive maintenance, fleet systems, and reporting for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and site leadership to align fleet activity with business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing fleet operations, transportation compliance, or related functions
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA requirements, driver qualification files, HOS, ELD, inspections
• Experience supervising drivers and managing vendor relationships
• Ability to analyze fleet cost, maintenance, utilization, safety and compliance data
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Preferred: telematics/ELD, fleet management, fuel management, maintenance tracking systems
