• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team focused on Middesks Entity Operations and
• Own the operational health of complex product areas, delivering accurate, timely outcomes across
• Build scalable, efficient operations across government workflows spanning 50 states and multiple
• Establish quality programs with metrics, controls, audits, and remediation to continuously improve
• Improve processes through tooling, automation, and AI to reduce manual work while preserving human
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn operational learnings into better products and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in operations, product operations, or related roles with complex workflows.
• Experience leading and developing an operations team.
• Experience managing outsourced/external operations teams (BPOs, vendors, offshore).
• Strong systems/process thinking; proven use of tooling, automation, AI, and measurement to improve
• Analytical mindset with ability to use metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Collaborative experience with Product and Engineering to resolve operational problems.
